I grew up in Sandy Springs and graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a degree in theatre. After graduation, I was lucky enough to perform in plays and musicals in NYC and regional theaters around the country. I am now an actor turned teaching artist turned elementary school teacher turned stay at home mom living in Alpharetta with my husband Michael, my son Sammy (3 y/o), and my daughter Maggie (1 y/o).

I joined FITM4OM in 2022 shortly after Maggie was born, and it was the best decision I made postpartum. I am an IVF mom and a loss mom (my first daughter Hannah passed in 2019) and I found FIT4MOM classes incredibly HEALING. Moving my body, spending time outside with my babies, and connecting with other moms all helped me feel stronger, happier, and more like myself.
