Hey, y’all, I’m Lindsay! I’ve been a member of FIT4MOM since April 2019, when our oldest was 5 months old. My husband, Will, and I have been married 9 years and have two kids; Veila is 5, and Cooper is 3. They’re my world, and I’m so lucky to be their mama. I have made some great friends for myself, our kids, and gained momentum in my ability to stay active. I aspire to be a fun instructor and keep everyone safe and happy during our classes.
