If there's any recipe in my house that's a no-brainer, it's this Honey Balsamic Chicken. I will quickly marinate boneless skinless chicken thighs, throw them in the oven, add a complex carb and vegetable and call dinner done in no time at all - a *must* with three young children and all the busyness that comes from life!
