Our strong March Mama of the Month is Hannah Hennessy! We've been lucky to have Hannah and Talia in Our Village since July 2023. You'll usually catch her kicking butt at Body Well or up in Alpharetta.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: That I've wanted to be a mom since I was 5...my sisters can attest to that as I would order them around when we were little

Favorite exercise: Bent over row

Must-have baby product: Hatch 2+ (white noise forever)

How did you find FIT4MOM? Walking around Halcyon

What do you love about FIT4MOM? The community and accountability!! I love that I can get my workout in but also ask a question about motherhood. Ill never forget going to one of my first classes and being like "okay so my baby is 12wks does that mean she is 3mo" haha...so thankful for this group!

What does motherhood mean to you? I've always wanted to be a mom but never knew it would have such a profound impact on me! Not only do I love being Talia's mama I love being able to connect with moms everywhere, share experiences, and help in anyway I can!
