It's the month of love, so for February, we're highlighting one of our favorite pairs of besties! Megan Bell and Tori Hayden both joined our village in the summer of 2023. They are two of the nicest, most welcoming mamas you will ever meet.
We all know that being a first time mom is HARD and overwhelming at times, and that's why we think its so important to find your people. We are so glad to have them and their sweet 1 year old baby girls!
Get to know Megan and Tori and their families below :)
Tell us about your family:
- Megan - My husband is Matthew and our baby girl Scarlett is 13 months and our whole world.
- Tori - My husband and I met at The Citadel in 2015, when I had a over mullet from growing out my pixie cut (can't believe he liked me then), got married in 2020 and moved to Atlanta that same year. We now have Millie, who is just over a year old. We are due with another precious baby girl in June, which we are sooo excited about. Two girls, under two! Woohoo. We are in for a ride! We love to go to the lake, beach or enjoy a hike.

- Tori - Previous- Property Management Current: Best job in the world SAHM :)
Introvert or Extrovert?
- Megan - Extrovert! Love talking and meeting new people!
- Tori - EXTROVERT for sureee.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us:
- Megan - I have a twin sister! We look absolutely nothing alike.
- Tori - I love to build and make things, from arts and craft to redoing furniture.
Favorite exercise:
- Megan - Running - 360 girl
- Tori - Squat / Lunge variations
Must-have baby product:
- Megan - Omni Breeze baby carrier or baby delight bouncer
- Tori - Baby Product: Stroller, Car seat Combo. It made life so much easier when Millie was younger. Toddler Product: Pikler set. She is loving it and learning a lot of body awareness.
Favorite Food:
- Megan - anything chocolate or dark chocolate
- Tori - Macaroni or French Toast - not sure which I love more honestly.
How did you find FIT4MOM?
- Megan -I was googling mommy and me classes near me and found F4M! Best thing that has happened!
- Tori - Facebook Ad!
What do you love about FIT4MOM?
- Megan - I love that you can show up just as you are and be completely yourself. There's always someone in or has been in the same season of life as you and it's so comforting to be able to have someone to relate to!
- Tori - What do I not love? I love too much about FIT4MOM. Most of all I love that I can just show up 100% myself. No matter how my little one is feeling, I don't have to stress or worry about being judged or overwhelmed because she is having a tough day. I feel invited, welcomed, and supported. It is truly like an all in one membership also. Exercises, music classes, craft classes, splash pad dates, moms night out, new mama friends? What more could you ask for?
What does motherhood mean to you?
- Megan - Motherhood is all about showing up and being present. Our babies are only so little for such a short amount of time! Always trying to find the beauty in the chaos
- Tori - Motherhood is selflessness is its purest form. Its waking up every single day and giving all that you have to be the best role model, teacher and friend you can be to your kids.
What's your favorite thing about the FIT4MOM Village?
- Megan -My favorite thing about the F4M village is the friendships i have made and all the friendships Scarlett will make as well!
- Tori - It's an ALL IN ONE MEMBERSHIP :) Exercise classes, music and craft classes, splash pad dates, kids play dates, moms night outs, advice from other moms, support groups, a place to meet new, supportive and welcoming mama friends.
What has FIT4MOM/Our Village offered you as a First Time Mom?
- Megan - F4M/our village has offered me so much support through motherhood and as a first time mom! I don’t have family around so being around other mothers has made the transition into motherhood so much smoother. It’s so nice to be able to ask other woman for advice and what they did/are doing in different stages of motherhood.
- Tori - Community, friendships and sooooo many new and cherished memories.
