Instructor Spotlight: Julie Levis

It's that time again - Instructor Spotlight! If you're one of our FIT4MOM members, you know we have an AMAZING group of instructors. We'd like to help you get to know them better - especially the ones who may teach at locations you don't normally attend!

This month, we're celebrating the lovely Julie Levis. She is mama to two sweet littles and is a wonderful part of Our Village. She teaches a kick-booty class, plus she's hilarious and has an amazing sense of humor! She ALWAYS knows how to get everyone smiling and laughing. Sometimes we all just need to laugh, am I right?! Read more below to learn about Julie and her family.

For how long have you been an instructor? About a year and a half!

Which FIT4MOM classes do you teach and where? Stroller Strides in Roswell.

What is your most favorite exercise? Jump squats for that bootyyyy!

Tell us about your family! I have a 2 year old named Jackson, who is sweet and silly as can be, and a 7 month old daughter named Kennedy, whose smile captures everyone’s heart. My husband is Tyler and we met in Houston Texas in 2014 and got married here in Georgia in 2017!

Introvert or Extrovert? I am more of an Extrovert but my personality type is ENTP! (Extroversion, Intuition, Thinking, Perceiving)

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us! I come from a large family! I have 47 first cousins!

Favorite Baby/Kid Product: SNACKS!!!

What's your most favorite food? This is tough because I LOVE FOOD! All Kinds! But I would have to say Cajun Seafood-Chicken & Sausage Gumbo.

How did you find FIT4MOM? Google! Haha

What's your favorite thing about being a FIT4MOM Instructor? Meeting Mamas and making them feel welcomed, understood, & accepted!

Check back monthly to meet more of our fabulous instructor team. Stay strong, mama!
