Piedmont Park Green Market – Atlanta (all ages) FREE Saturday Enjoy local farmers and artisan goods. While you shop you can enjoy some prepared foods and drinks and local live music.

Dragon Con Parade– College Football Hall of Fame (all ages) Saturday FREE Each year, Dragon Con presents a parade that is talked about for at least the next twelve months. You’ll see everything you can possibly imagine—and lots more that you couldn’t—just by stepping out onto Peachtree Street that morning. Storytelling Saturdays @ The Wrens Nest – Atlanta (all ages) Saturday FREE with Admission The Wrens Nest is an historical site dedicated to preserving Joel Chandler Harris’ stories and the heritage of African American folklore. Storytelling begins at 1pm. Stories and storytellers vary.

Freedom Farmers Market @ The Carter Center – Atlanta (all ages) Saturday Open year round and offers a wide range of organic, local products along with live music, a kids tent, and prepared foods.

Old MacDonand’s Farm – Atlanta (all ages) Saturday & Sunday 19.50/person Little ones will move, sing, and help the farmhands on Old MacDonald’s farm. This interactive show is full of puppets, music, and a lot of fun down on the farm!

Taste of Soul Festival– West Downtown Atlanta (all ages) Saturday and Sunday. Check out this citywide free festival that takes place in West Downtown in the Heart of America’s Soul Food Capital. This family festival celebrates Soul and Southern food, live music, art and kid events.

TinyCON- Children’s Museum of Atlanta (all ages) Saturday and Sunday. Calling all Tiny Adventurers! Head to Children's Museum of Atlanta for our third annual TinyCONⓇ: a two-day celebration of fantasy, science fiction, comics, gaming and technology...just for kids! Costumes encouraged!

Peachtree Road Farmers Market – Atlanta (all ages) Saturday Local farms, business, and artisans represented.

Touch a Truck – Sandy Springs (Atlanta Mat Club Martial Arts) (all ages) $5 per family Saturday Join us for a morning of fun with big trucks. We will have a number of large and small vehicles for the kids to explore, like local police and fire vehicles and more! This is a family friendly event and we will be doing the first 30 minutes as a sensory friendly with no alarms.

Brooke Street Park Summer Concert Series – Alpharetta (all ages) FREE Saturday The Summer Concert Series brings music and fun to life. Bring a blanket and a picnic and enjoy free, live, family-friendly performances by different Alpharetta based entertainment groups.
