What is the hold policy?
Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 6 months. All Holds start on the next billing date and can end on any day of the month. When a hold period is ended, the monthly auto payments will resume on the return date. Our system auto-prorates your membership dues upon release of your hold. There will be a one time $5 processing fee charged to your credit card on file for the hold period. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all Hold requests need to be received in writing 1 business day before the next payment is due.
