Body Back®

Body Back® TRANSFORMATION is an all-inclusive 8 week program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, meal plans and a food diary with personal access to a registered dietitian, weekly small group challenges, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments & measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention - our sessions are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors! It's time to for a little "YOU" time!

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. Each class ends with a meaningful meditation to recharge your spirit as you head back into the motherhood. All fitness levels welcome.
This is a child free workout and the intensity level is not recommended for pregnant or newly postpartum moms.
