Stroller Strides »

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides certified fitness instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

What do you need for class?

  • Stroller (does not have to be a jogging stroller)

Stroller Barre »

Join FIT4MOM Roswell / Alpharetta for the class that has swept the nation!

Stroller Barre® is a mommy and me based worked out that is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.

Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs with most mom due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up.

Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, toning each and every muscle while creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Back® Transformation »

Body Back® is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. The program includes new meal plans, online at-home works and support via our social network.

Body Back® Summer Saturdays »

This is a drop-in mini Body Back® session especially designed for a mom's busy summer schedule.

When: Saturday mornings at 7AM from June 3rd to August 12th

*skipping Saturday July 1st* - 10 weeks

We will meet early Saturday morning for a "Moms Only" Body Back® HIIT workout. This workout is for any woman who wants to reach to her full physical potential and is willing to push out of her comfort zone. Katie & Stephanie will push you to your personal limit. “Personal limit” means that it is OK to modify for your body. The idea is to reach the point that you normally give up and then push a little more.

The magic of Body Back® is in the community.

Our Village is powered by the awesome Play Group Captains of FIT4MOM Roswell / Alpharetta and consists of six essential components:

1. Free Playgroups: Hangout after class and get to know each other. Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.

2. Weekly Field Trips: We want to provide educational and fun outings for the kiddo's at any age level. Every...


Fit4Baby Prenatal »

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.

We currently incorporate our Fit4Baby program in both our Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes. During the hour long class we include cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Modifications are given to our pre-natal moms which are designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels.

A doctor authorization from is required for participation in Fit4Baby classes.
