Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides certified fitness instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Stroller Barre® is a mommy and me based worked out that is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs with most mom due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up.
Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, toning each and every muscle while creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Winter Session Starts Monday Jan 16th
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. The program includes a shopping lists, new meal plans, online at-home works and support via our social network.
Eight-Week Program Includes:

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Fit4Mom in your area you are not only joining a workout program but becoming part of "Our Village."
As part of "Our Village" you will be able to enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter with and build life long relationships.
Our Village is powered by Fit4Mom and consists of six essential components:
1. Free Playgroups (three times per week): Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.
2. Weekly Field Trips: We want to provide educational and fun outings for the kiddo's at any age level.

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.
We currently incorporate our Fit4Baby program in both our Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes. During the hour long class we include cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Modifications are given to our pre-natal moms which are designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels.
